Once you have registered your domain name, you are required to verify your domain name via a verification link that is sent to your email address. Domains that are not verified will not become active and will eventually be suspended.
To verify your domain, follow these steps:
Go to the email address you used to register your domain and look for an email with the following email subject: IMPORTANT! Verify your contact information for {Insert domain-name}
In case you did not find the domain verification email in your mailbox, please try performing a search for it.
Copy this email subject IMPORTANT! Verify your contact information for {insert domain-name} and paste it into your email search bar while you are in your INBOX folder. In a case where you can't find the email, follow the same steps while in your SPAM folder ( as sometimes the email can end up there).
The content of the email should look like this:
After locating the email- click the link that was provided to you. Please note that the verification process may take up to 24 hours to be completed after the link is pressed.
👉 Important note- Some domains will go live as soon as the purchase is completed. These domains are still pending verification, if said verification is not completed, the domain will be taken down till the verification process is completed.
