The Auto-Renewal feature ensures uninterrupted website operation. This feature is particularly crucial for websites that need to be available to their users continuously. The tool eliminates the need for manual renewal, which can result in downtime due to renewal issues. You can enable or disable this option at any time.
To enable/disable the auto-renewal option, follow these steps:
Go to your website Dashboard.
Click the Account button at the top corner.
Select Billing and Products from the list.
My Products tab details the subscriptions and products ordered on this account.
Check if your products are marked as Yes under Automatic Renewal.
Click Edit and set the automatic renewal option to Enabled or Disabled.
