When integrating your email account with a 3rd party software, you need to choose between IMAP or POP3 incoming protocol.
Is a two-way sync protocol that allows the user to manage the emails locally, on their end, and sync them with the server. This means that all the content you have on your email account will be visible on your management software.
To set IMAP, use the following settings:
User Name: email address
Password: email password (the email password, not the SITE123 account's password)
Host Name: mail.enter-system.com
Port: 993
SSL: yes
Is a one-way protocol that syncs only the inbox folder from the email server with your software.
To set POP3, use the following settings:
User Name: email address
Password: email password (the email password, not the SITE123 account's password)
Host Name: mail.enter-system.com
Port: 995
SSL: yes
To set the outgoing server SMTP, use the following settings:
User Name: email address
Password: email password (the email password, not the SITE123 account's password)
Host Name: mail.enter-system.com
Port: 465
SSL: yes
