Add languages to your primary website language, and have your website available in several languages with the Languages Manager tool.
To add languages In the Website Editor, click Settings and select Website Languages from the drop-down list.
Click the Add/Edit Languages button to open the Languages Manager tool.
Click the Add New Language button.
Set the following parameters:
Language and Region - the language the website will be translated to.
Flag - The flag will show on the website menu.
Displayed Language - The name will show in the language manager.
Enable or disable the language.
The system will auto-translate the website. It can take a few seconds, depending on how much content you upload.
Click Translate Manually to open the translation tool and edit the automatic translation.
Edit the automatic translation, mark the Check as finished translate checkbox, and click Save.
👉 Note:
When making changes in the main website language, the translation will be reset. We recommend keeping a local document with the translations.
You would need to manually translate content that is over 500 characters.
Click Edit to enter a Unique Domain that will direct you to your website in the selected language instead of the main language. Add a custom domain you own, such as www.example.fr, www.example.ch, and so on.
Then, go to your Domain Panel to Edit Domain DNS Records, select the domain, and add the CNAME record ssl.site123.com.
You can also create a subdomain by adding the language initials to your main domain, like so: fr.example.com. In this case, the main domain is www.example.com, and the subdomain created is for French.
Then, go to your Domain Panel to Edit Domain DNS Records, select the subdomain, and add the CNAME record ssl.site123.com.
