To add a JotForm:
First, go to JotForm and create an account.
You need to receive an integration code for your website.
Go to your website.
In the Website Editor, click Pages.
Click the Add New Page button.
Click the App Market tab and select the JotForm page.
Find the JotForm page in the Website Editor and click the Edit button.
In the Application ID field, enter the relevant snippet from the code you got from JotForm - this is your unique code.
Publish your website to update it with the changes you've made.
